CNC MACHINING

Sigmamotor Inc. is well equipped with CNC lathes and mills along with conventional tools. Our shop can turn bar stock from 1/8” to 3-½” with a 10” chuck capacity. We work with many materials including aluminum, brass, hot and cold rolled steels, stainless steel (300 series to precipitation hardening 15-5ph), alloys (Hastelloy to titanium) and we specialize in plastics, from ABS to Zelux.

Our inspection department is also equipped with a variety of other equipment, both digital and conventional. We have micrometers, thread gages, dial indicators, gaged pins and joblocks. The quality of our products is set to a very high standard, we therefore check a sample lot for each feature of the part before shipping.
